The story behind FritzFit

About

Hi, my name is Fritz.

I didn’t come to mindfulness from a monastery or mountaintop, but from the chaos of a fast-paced consultancy job and the grind of training for my first Ironman. Somewhere between back-to-back meetings, long rides, and chasing productivity, I realised I was constantly running on mental autopilot. My body was fit, but my mind was exhausted. Stress, anxiety, overthinking, all the classic signs were there.

Mindfulness gradually changed not just my performance as an athlete, but my whole way of living. It gave me clarity, stability, and the ability to stay grounded even when life got challenging. Now, as a certified mindfulness coach and dedicated triathlete, my mission is simple: to share these tools in a way that’s practical, relatable, and rooted in real life. I combine science-based mindfulness techniques with everyday application, to help you form new habits and break old ones.
